Christmas made us smile!

Christmas here in Japan is kind of a sad coz it's not holiday here and can't even feel some Christmas spirit-- as long as there are ' X'mas cake ' in the table means celebrating Christmas time. What's the fuzz about it?? Our X'mas tree last year was only decorated for only 2 days, but this year,my husband(he hates decors) says I can decor the house one week before X'mas!! Gees!! I guess he seemed to understand now how important for us to celebrate this time of the year. He even had a day-off just for this Christmas without letting me know about it!!!\(^0^)/

In the morning, my little daughter, Wakaba (5 years old) and I went to the kitchen to start our little work and that is baking our very own X'mas cake! We both love making it in the kitchen while talking, and can be messy for sometimes--but it's ok, doing together is a way of bonding. Then after that we took our lunch and went to the zoo and let them (Wakaba and Haruka,2 yearsold)play at the park and then went to AquaMarine,Fukushima.

After enjoying outdoors, we made some finishing touch of our homemade cake and start cooking some dinner for the night. The menu is teriyaki chicken, spareribs with pineapple sauce, herb sausage in stick and potato salad. We're only four in the family but I guess I prepared too much,LOL!! And when the children were fallen as sleep, here goes Dad little job-- creeping slowly(playing a secret Santa) towards to their bed putting some presents to surprise them when they wake up. When the kids woke up next morning ,they were happy to receive the gifts given by " Santa " .

Celebrating Christmas time is great feeling!! \(^0^)/ HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERY ONE!!!

Early Christmas at Tokyo Disney Resort

We celebrated an early Christmas at Tokyo Disney Sea Resort that's full of fantasy! What awaited us is people,People, and PEOPLE!! No wonder, everywants to celebrate their Christmas by the sea and Disney is celebrating their 25th anniversary. Inspite of a very crowded Themed Ports in the park, we still enjoyed the restaurants, shops, attractions and such warming shows that's full of lights and romance! The lights illuminations were WONDERFUL!!! \(^0^)/
Disney friends were there to welcome the guests--the little ones or the big ones, young or old! If your'e going to Disney Sea, be sure to catch them for memorable photos!! And if you want to enjoy much of the attraction, here's some TIP: GET FIRST A FAST PASS!! If you prefer to comeback later than waiting. You can return during the time period printed on the fast pass. You don't want to miss an attraction, right?
Flooding of people!

My kid is a fan of Ariel from The Little Mermaid (well, that was the main) so we watched the live entertainment show and was a SUPERB!! They enjoyed Ariel's playground, watched the Magic Lamp Theater, took some rides and bought some souveniers, too! Well, that was for the kids but Mom should have to try for at least one ride adventure so I went for the Journey to the Center of the Earth coaster ride ALONE!! Thanks Dad for watching the kids! \(^0^)/

Honda Thanks Day 2008

F1 Honda Machine

Our family went to ENJOY HONDA! HONDA RACING THANKS DAY 2008 last November 24 at Twin Ring Motegi, Japan. We arrived there at 5:30 A.M. (spent 2 and a half drive using the highway) and the reason why we have to be there early is that there are very lucky persons that can go for a track tour whilw Super GT cars where taking some hot laps and we want to experience them through a raffle.Honda provided a two different kinds of tour- a bus tour (4 years unlucky) and the other was ride in an actual Super GT car with Super GT driver(4 years unlucky with that one, too) but LUCKILY, I was able to ride with Honda Civic (racing based) with Nakayama as my rookie driver. My first time to experience to seat in a full bucket seat at the navigation seat over full speed race with Super GT. A short two laps and short curves ( I guess the curves called the pairon sequence,I don't know) was my experience of a lifetime that's of full fun and excitement! For those who loves Honda--this is for you! Enjoy!!^_^

Me-- nervous but full of excitement!!

Off we go!! I can' t imagine how fast we' ll go!! The driver drives me C-R-A-Z-Y!!

F1 Honda driver Jenson Button talk show

As the opening ceremony starts, so is with the fun! We did a lot of walking through the paddock and saw some Honda raching machine, new Honda Accord,Honda cars, watched Jenson Button's talk show at the stage and watching some Motorcycle performances,GT special race,Formula One and Indy hot performances at the grandstand!
Towards the end of the finale, scattered rain starts and the program did some changes but Honda didn't frustrate the fans-- Honda brought their road racing bikes,Super GT cars, Formula One machine and Jenson Button did a doughnut spin over the rain!! F1 is such a crazy world and I like it!!!
The smokes, the burned smell of the tires, the sights and the banging on the throttles of the sounds of the Honda machine were AMAZING!!! ( or maybe I'm just crazy coz I didn't have enough sleep, only 2 hours of sleep).
I was about to say " See you next year,Honda team--at Formula one! Hoping that it'll be a good year for the team!!" but I guess all of the Honda fans are mourning about the news recently that Honda is quitting Formula One. The truth is we were looking forward for the race at Suzuka for Japan Grand Prix next year but I guess it is impossible now.

So I guess I'll end with a message as a Honda fan--THANK YOU, AND I WILL ALWAYS BE A HONDA FAN!!!

here's some video of it from youtube--- enjoy!

AROUND 30 ( My Life )

1: Getting lost--Due to my husband's work, we're always moving from one place to another and finding it hard to find our " where the hell our new apartment is?! "

2: No cellphone-- I don't have a cellphone in hand and I don't need one! I find iPhone 3G interesting but I guess it just doesn't fit my simple lifestyle.

3: Blowing on top-- I tried yoga , meditation and deep breathing and still find that screaming into the mountain is the best anger relief there is.

4: Chat--I haven't chated for six years!! My last time was my chat mate told me that there's a Kentucky chain near Sphinx and I thought that it was only a joke but there's also a movie theater which I have learned after. And my image for Sphinx was destroyed!!

5: Free cosmetics--I'm using my cosmetics for what I get for free from department stores, drug stores, etc (although I have some in my dresser,Agnes B is my fave) coz I usually go out without make-up on and even if I did,the size of those samples is just enough for me.

6: Spam emails-- Opening every spam emails that I've got that promises to make the breast bigger because, well, I'm a little curious! LOL! And oh, did you know that if your bra cup size is still the same that your'e wearing for years, there's a tendency that your'e not wearing your exact bra cup size.Me? I lost one cup size down!

7: Instant noodles--Everytime I feel lazy or something, I always depend on instant noodles for lunch.Alhough it's instant, I always add boiled vegetables(cabbage, onion, carrot, and spinach) and never discarded the boiled water using in boiling the veggies coz it can be used for boiling the noodles. And when done, top in vegetables for added volume.

8: Day dreaming-- The China dress that I bought 10 years ago will fit again, without having to endure of food poisoining first.

9: Can't swim---I'm afraid of the sea if the sea level is up to my neck!!

10: Shhhh --- After 7 years of living in Japan, I was able to ride in a bus ALONE! And that was last week! \(^0^)/

My 1o facts about me to start my blog--Whew!!!
