One of my favorite Japanese foods is SOBA noodles--a Japanese noodles made of buckwheat flour and can be served hot or cold. I' m so delighted with this set menu during lunch after a PTA meeting with some other Mums. Ordered EBI Katsudon ( panko breaded prawn cutlet sauteed with egg and veggies on rice ) with soba noodles for a very reasonable price and yet delicious!!

How to eat a Soba Noodles--put some wasabi ( if you like ) and negi ( leeks ) to your cold Tsuyu ( mine is a cold dipping sauce for a cold soba noodles ) and pick a small amount of soba from the tray and dip the noodles to the dipping sauce and eat. when it comes to japanese foods.. I can eat ANYTHING!!! sabi ko nga po, kung sa Japan siguro kame nakatira, dambuhala na ako.. LOL! I was introduced to Japanese foods since I was born.. LOL.. and I love love all!!!

yeah soba, tina try ko talaga kumain nyan pero the last na pumunta kami ng nagano, sobrang dami ng nakain ko.. di dahil sa gusto ko sya pero dahil kasama ko sina Okasan, syempre kakahiya magtira pero super dami talaga nakain ko, ang dami kasi ang sineserve nila..
