Yotsukura Destruction

I could feel how lost they must feel, the shock of what has happened to see their homes and loveones go when tsunami hit. To have watched the tsunami aftermath on TV was shocking but when you got to see the destruction with your own eyes, the shock was even more bigger. It's been 4 months since the 3-11 Earthquake and the talk of the town is all about the radiation mess and some people has forgotten the tsunami disaster.

The neighborhoods at Yotsukura, Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture were still in ruin even up to this day.

Massive damage

Debris

It is still shocking to see some pictures as this close. Japan is a strong country and look how they came to stand up after the tragedy. Visiting here from Nostalgia Mommy Clang. miss you and visiting your site, its been a while.

It's hard to watch it on TV and I couldn't even imagine to see it for real. It was horrifying but thanks God it's over although the aftermath still lingers. Ahhh memories, memories, it is so much fun (well in your case, it's sad and hard) to reminisce!

It's really hard when natural disaster hits, there's nothing we can do but pray that God will have mercy on us and stop the suffering. HE did!

It's one ghastly disaster that has washed away a lot of lives and properties. I pray that God will touch the hearts of the wounded; that they may recover quick from this tragic disaster.

My prayers will always be with the helpless victims.
