We went to gather some fresh blueberries at my PIL's Blueberry Farm and my kids loves to pick fresh blueberries as one of their fave activities to do during the summer. They love to eat 'em and because we have plenty, I froze some of them so I can make out of something for my kids snacks and desserts. I have made blueberry cupcakes, blueberry cheesecake and this blueberry smoothie when they asked me to make one. Well, it's so easy to make coz all you have to do is just blend all the ingredients ( fresh blueberries or frozen, plain yogurt, honey and ice cubes ) well to a blender and you're done with one healthy drink ^_^

Wow, ang sarap-sarap! And very healthy nga! :)
And good idea iyong honey kasi mas healthy than adding sugar! Now, I'll use honey na din.:)

I like to drink smoothies. We still have my MIL's blueberries in the freezer. Maybe I'll try this one of these days. I like smoothies.
