Christmas made us smile!

Christmas here in Japan is kind of a sad coz it's not holiday here and can't even feel some Christmas spirit-- as long as there are ' X'mas cake ' in the table means celebrating Christmas time. What's the fuzz about it?? Our X'mas tree last year was only decorated for only 2 days, but this year,my husband(he hates decors) says I can decor the house one week before X'mas!! Gees!! I guess he seemed to understand now how important for us to celebrate this time of the year. He even had a day-off just for this Christmas without letting me know about it!!!\(^0^)/

In the morning, my little daughter, Wakaba (5 years old) and I went to the kitchen to start our little work and that is baking our very own X'mas cake! We both love making it in the kitchen while talking, and can be messy for sometimes--but it's ok, doing together is a way of bonding. Then after that we took our lunch and went to the zoo and let them (Wakaba and Haruka,2 yearsold)play at the park and then went to AquaMarine,Fukushima.

After enjoying outdoors, we made some finishing touch of our homemade cake and start cooking some dinner for the night. The menu is teriyaki chicken, spareribs with pineapple sauce, herb sausage in stick and potato salad. We're only four in the family but I guess I prepared too much,LOL!! And when the children were fallen as sleep, here goes Dad little job-- creeping slowly(playing a secret Santa) towards to their bed putting some presents to surprise them when they wake up. When the kids woke up next morning ,they were happy to receive the gifts given by " Santa " .

Celebrating Christmas time is great feeling!! \(^0^)/ HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERY ONE!!!
