1: I' m praying for the souls departed that they may rest in peace.

2: Bless the people who helps the needy, who share God' s words.

3: I' m praying for good health for my loved-ones and friends.

4: No more wars, please... (T_T)masakit sa damdamin pag meron akong nakikitang duguan at maraming namamatay na inosenteng tao.

5: I' m praying that H1N1 will soon be over and other calamities that our world is facing.

Summer Festival At School!!

Taiko performance

Wakaba and Haruka had their small summer festival at school. The weather is on and off, my girls wore their yukata for the event and I was finishing mine when the rain starts to fall and decided not to wear my yukata the last minute(T_T) Wakaba' s GrandMa bought a new yukata for her but it was too big! Maybe she can use them next year and her old one will be on Haruka.
My kids enjoyed the fun there with lots of games,prizes and booths even at indoors! I' m with Wakaba and Haruka with her Dad and tried the horror booth and we heared Haruka' s voice screaming to death lol!! Wakaba says it's boring coz it' s the same as of last year lol! They had a guest from other school doing a taiko performance. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate, the fireworks at the finale was cancelled..

This is a Japanese-style-chicken-wings that' s perfect with beer as appetizer!! If you love going to Izakaya you will usually find this on their menu. This is called Tebasaki in Japan.
